Cookie Policy

Effective 2026-05-03. ThaiBae Operations, Phuket, Thailand.

ThaiBae uses cookies and similar storage technologies (such as localStorage and session tokens) to operate the Service, keep you signed in, and understand how visitors use the site. This Cookie Policy explains what we use and how you can control it.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Cookies let a site remember information across pages and visits, such as your session, your preferences, or whether you have already seen a notice.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the Service to work. Without them you cannot sign in or submit forms safely. Examples: session token, CSRF token, tenant routing cookie.

Preferences

Remember non-essential choices you have made, such as preferred language, dark mode, or which onboarding hints you have dismissed.

Analytics

Help us understand which pages and features are used, how often, and where errors occur. We use Google Analytics for aggregate, pseudonymised reporting. Analytics cookies are not used to build a profile of you and we do not share them with advertisers.

3. Third-party cookies

Some pages embed content or scripts from third parties (currently Google Analytics, and payment processors at the checkout step) that may set their own cookies. These providers have their own policies; opt out of Google Analytics here: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

4. How to control cookies

Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies from individual sites in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and most account features. You can also clear all ThaiBae cookies for your device by visiting Settings → Privacy → Sign out everywhere.

5. Changes

When we add a new category of cookie or change a third-party provider, we will update this page and, where required by law, ask you to consent again.
